At Purebeau® UK, the delivery of your products is very important to us and we ensure that care is taken at all times.As some products are delicate, we like to use our local secure courier service(s)in order to ensure a safe delivery.Occasionally, Royal Mail will be used – Signed for Registered post is our chosen option in order to prevent the loss of goods – hence becoming untraceable. Our products are of high value, yet small in size which means we trust you understand that we must use our discretion at all times.
::Delivery Charges
Pricing for delivery is based upon order weight therefore each product has a weight characteristic and the sum of products in your order is accumulated to give a total delivery cost. This ensures that you do not pay additional fees when it is not necessary.
Charges are as follows up to 5Kg:
- UK Mainland £6. (Orders before 10am – excludes Bank Holidays)
- Ireland – via airmail and subject to relevant charges
- Deliveries over 5kg will be subject to an additional charge. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order
::Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery schedule for goods is 7 working days from placement of order, (excluding machines).However,Purebeau® UKcannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to courier delay or accept consequential loss liability issues for delivery delays.
